Job Title

Director, Products and Solutions

Overview
- Delights clients by being their preferred partner and helping them address their painpoints and needs
- Grows revenue by identifying and pursuing opportunities with primarily with existing customers/markets
- Focuses on growing market share, market acceptance, the number of touch points, and MasterCard’s new flows and services footprint within these clients

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for day to day account management for strategic digital merchants - robust account planning and execution, building a deep understanding of customer needs, defining creative solutions and working across the SEA Customer Solutions Center (CSC) to meet those needs, and working effectively across internal functions to bring together the resources required to deliver enhanced value to the customer.
- Responsible for business development activities for his / her clients including creation and execution of a sales pipeline and deliver incremental revenue growth.
- Leverage profitability modeling, financial forecasting, and competitive analysis to manage existing merchants and win new RFPs, deals
- Identify and develop strong relationships with key decision makers (C-Suite) across multiple functions within the clients’ organization
- Partner with cross functional teams including Data & Services, C&I, Product, Marketing to create incremental revenue opportunities based on identified needs.
- Execute against SEA Digibank CoE strategy

Experiences
- Experience executing and managing business development strategies for mid-sized countries/regions/industry verticals
- Track record in achieving business development targets and building customer relationships through customer sales
- Demonstrated success in managing large / complex digital partnerships, with activities ranging from daily operational activities to engaging the CXO level with the clients
