- Assist with the planning and execution of sales events, such as trade shows and conferences.
- Track sales leads and opportunities, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Generate reports on sales performance and other key metrics.

**Customer Service**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and travel agents.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

**Administrative Support**:

- Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and processing expense reports.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant sales policies and procedures.
