**Take ownership to ensure delivery targets**
Responsible for planning and scheduling of the materials that required to execute the business. Works with functional teams to translate the demand to actual order across region. Ensuring the plans are executed and delivered to meet the customer requirements.

As a Materials Specialist and Inventory Lead, you will be responsible for
- Coordinating with other departments regarding project goals, production and timeline.
- Analyzing incoming demand - identifies order exceptions, misalignment with product rationalization strategy and opportunities to utilize existing inventory.
- Planning and scheduling order timelines to be consistent with customer requirements while minimizing inventory and shipping costs.
- Working on timely release of purchase requisition and manufacturing work orders; Monitoring the manufacturing routing readiness for manufacturing work orders launch.
- Liaising with Master Scheduler to stay abreast on the production capacity and slots availability.
- Scheduling and tracking the arrival of materials for shop production. Identify all critical raw materials and intermediate shortages and take actions to expedite.
- Managing inventory challenges, material pull in/push out, schedule changes and supplier delay.
- Salary range: SGD 4500-SGD 7000/month

**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a bachelor’s level or Diploma in Engineering or Supply Chain or related field with relevant experience in materials planning.
- Have at least 3 years’ experience in material planning and scheduling, inventory optimization and supply chain management.
- Have a positive attitude with the ability to work with and influence stakeholders.
- Possess good communication skills, both verbal and written.
