**The Company
Our client is the investment platform of one of the largest multi-billion-dollar investment management companies in Europe. An opportunity has arisen for an energetic and resourceful Senior In-House Legal Counsel to join their existing team in Singapore.

**The Role**
- Providing legal support for the company’s project development, M&A and project financing in the APAC region
- Assisting with the drafting, negotiation, amendment and tracking a range of project based and commercial documents
- Actively involvement in the legal and commercial analysis of acquisition and due diligence documentation
- Providing contract management support to enforce contract rights and ensure compliance with contractual obligations;
- Supporting the business in following the correct legal, compliance and governance procedures to ensure effective contracting, procurement and negotiation;
- Assist with the management of ongoing project development activities with local partners and service providers
- Effectively work with external counsel when necessary and appropriate

**The People
- Qualified legal practitioner with at least 8+ years post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Training and experience working in an internationally recognised law firm and currently working either as an in-house counsel at a recognised energy/infrastructure company, or, a senior associate specialising in energy project development
