- 5 days work per week
- Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer requirements and develop tailored technical solutions.
- Support the Sales team in developing, marketing, solutioning, and deploying smart IoT solutions, integrating both software and hardware components for trials.
- Assist customers throughout the development cycle, from design specification to final acceptance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless handover to the project team for system installation, commissioning, and configuration.
- Monitor presales progress, identify potential challenges, and implement solutions to ensure project success.
- Coordinate and communicate with software developers, hardware engineers, and site operations to align efforts.
- Conduct site monitoring to verify that systems perform optimally and meet project specifications.
- Assist with IT system configurations, including networking and communication protocols.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting during and after deployment.

**Requirement**
- 2+ years of experience in a Presales Technical role or similar position have the advantage
- Knowledge in BMS & ELV Systems e.g. PA system, Fire Alarm System, CCTV system, Card Access, Structure Cabling & etc
- Knowledge of both software project lifecycle and DevOps practices
- Experience with a mix of software and hardware deployments
- Familiarity with IT systems, including networking and system monitoring
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple presales activities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Experience in Video Manager software in comp's products: CCTV
- Able work independently and also with other both indoor and outdoor locations
- Co-ordinate and work closely with the external parties and customers to plan, organize and execute the project related activities.
- Assist the manager in engineering works such as system designing, documentation, testing & commissioning (T&C) for BMS systems
- Experience in IoT, smart building systems, or ELV (extra-low voltage) technology
- Familiarity with site operations, safety protocols, and field troubleshooting
- Experience in project monitoring tools and automation is a plus.
