As a member of our family-owned business, you will assist the Marketing Team in the administrative function. As Category Support Specialist, you will**Category Support Specialist**

Your new job includes
- assist Marketing team in creation of Promotion IDs and uploading of the promotion planning into SAP System.
- work closely with Category Marketing team to prepare and issue invoices to suppliers for Marketing-related payments, including Rentals and Promotions.
- own and maintain permanent rental sites including upload of information and create Sales Order for each rental space.
- prepare basis reports from HR, issue invoices for Brand Ambassadors’ salaries and push money incentives.
- generate proforma invoices to respective suppliers for payment approval when required.

What you should bring along
- a diploma in Business Administration or any related discipline with at least 2 years of practical experience in a customer service or sales support function in a B2B or B2C environment.
- proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook and Teams.
- experience using SAP is an added advantage.
- a pronounced can-do attitude, complemented by the capability to multi-task, the ability to prioritize tasks and the flexibility to handle changing requirements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- proactive, independent and a team player with a keen attention to details, high level of accuracy and ability to work within tight timeline.
