**Key Areas of Responsibilities**
- Execute Trading Instructions: Accurately and efficiently execute trading instructions on behalf of clients, ensuring timely execution and adherence to market regulations and internal policies.
- Handle Margin Call & Forced Liquidation: Manage margin calls and forced liquidations in accordance with the approved company policies and procedures, ensuring prompt resolution and mínimal risk exposure.
- Sales & Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to expand the client base and identify new business opportunities, driving client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Client Service Support: Coordinate various functions/ departments and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address any client inquiries and concerns and to ensure seamless client service support.
- Client Relationship Retention: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client experience and provide personalized solutions to meet their evolving needs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, accounting, statistics or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in futures trading, with a strong understanding of market regulations and industry practices.
- Excellent knowledge of margin call procedures and forced liquidation processes.
- Demonstrated ability to execute trading instructions accurately and efficiently.
- Strong sales and marketing skills, with a track record of developing and implementing successful strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring timely resolution of client queries and issues.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving complex issues.
- Sound knowledge of financial products, derivatives, and risk management principles.
- Proficiency in relevant software and trading platforms.
- Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
