**Key Responsibilities:
**Trading Process Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of OTC trading activities, ensuring all transactions are properly documented.
- Calculate and report Profit & Loss (P&L) for trading activities and provide insights into performance

**Risk Management**:

- Monitor and manage clients' portfolios to assess risk exposure and implement appropriate risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with the Risk Management team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Marketing and Content Creation**:

- Develop marketing materials in English and Chinese, including presentations, brochures, and online content, effectively communicating the company's value proposition.
- Utilize proficiency in PowerPoint and design tools to create visually appealing materials.

**Job Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of working experience, preferably in sales and marketing within the financial, futures, or securities brokerage industry.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with our bilingual clientele.
- Strong skills in creating compelling presentations using PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of design tools to create engaging marketing materials.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A strong passion for the futures and securities brokerage industry, coupled with knowledge of financial markets.
