Overview:
The SAP Lead will set the strategic direction, lead the growth, and manage of the SAP Team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage/Hire SAP Team
- Manage pre-sales and delivery
- Build SAP team for pre-sales and delivery
- Manage delivery to ensure the overall success of the implementation/project delivery of SAP solutions and business processes.
- Must provide leadership and management for the assigned team and is expected to develop an effective team that will meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Proactively build and grow a team culture that focuses on successful and enduring customer and partner relationships.
- Work with clients directly

**Requirements**:

- 8+ years of SAP techno-functional experience
- At least 2 years of end-to-end SAP pre-sales management
- At least 5 years of SAP project and/or program management
- At least 3 years of team management
- Strong solution architecture and pre-sales background
- Proven track record in business development
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with proven experience and thought leadership
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
