Job Description:
What You’ll Do
- Lead large projects and a couple of small to medium sized projects requiring complex cross-functional collaboration and management at the program level.
- Manage daily execution of project implementations. Assist with the planning, tracking, documentation, and status updates for the project.
- Act as a liaison between multiple partners in various locations globally - ensuring consistent communication between all lines of business to gain project and program success.
- Identify, assess and mitigate risks, provide critical issue management, anticipate and make trade-offs stabilizing the business needs versus constraints.
- Develop and continually refine program management processes to ensure effective and efficient execution standards, norms, and success metrics as the business grows and changes.
- Create valid estimates of effort to complete engineering work streams and understand the relationship between technology and business, and how technology enables core capabilities and business unlocks.
- Manage the metrics to measure engineering KPI’s/ Performance during development and feature success metrics post release and feed learning back to the team and the business.
- Effectively connect with technical and non-technical team members and provide inputs to architecture decisions.
- Work with product management and engineering to define project scope, resources, and objectives during new feature development through every stage of the product lifecycle.
- Build partnerships with key technology and functional leaders as well as other partners to drive focus on our strategic objectives and program delivery.

What To Bring
- 15+ years relevant work experience.
- Strong presentation and documentation skills, proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Experience working in a complex, matrixed environment and partnering across organizational boundaries.
- Excellent communicator, problem solver, decision maker, and relationship builder.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Optimism, positivity, and a one-team attitude to encourage others to align on common goals, and move forward no matter what the challenge.
- Deep expertise in Agile development.
- Expert level in Jira management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
- MBA is preferred.
- PMP qualification or equivalent.
