In this role, you will be responsible for developing categories and the corresponding sub-categories conducting prioritization of subcategories, leads identification, leads generation, acquisition, incubation, and performance improvement & management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize and coordinate cross-departmental resources to define and support business growth activities
- Support strategic projects to drive platform growth, including GMV, buyer CRM, seller program adoption rate, and other key metrics with cross-functional partners such as seller management, marketing, and operations
- Collaborate with other functional teams to promote the optimization of governance, strategy, data, and product teams
- Collaborate with our team to analyze different categories to gain insights into their strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree or above
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or above
- 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce platform, consulting firm or internet strategy, industry or market research, and business analytics with eCommerce relevant experience
- Highly analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail
- Big picture thinking, structured, organized, and experienced in managing projects on different scales (planning, root cause identification, risk mitigation, and process optimization)
- Adaptable, fast learner, highly motivated, and versatile player with some exposure in operation and commercial
- Proficiency in English
