Project Manager, Supply Category

Serve as the representative of the Supply Functions to the Commercial team and Leadership team for all Projects.
- Provide Supply Category support for Innovation Projects, working together with PMO R&D functions and commercial team, ensuring that project process and requirements are met and delivered on time and per plan. Ensure supply chain resources are tracked and budget secured.
- Lead and Manage Key Supply Category (Sourcing and Fuel) projects as assigned by the Supply Category manager.
- Set-up and Lead project team meetings and team discussions to resolve issues related to projects.
- Maintain Supply Category Supply Category Tracker and other project reports and tools as may be assigned. This is to ensure all project information are updated, relevant and properly communicated.
- Manage communication of projects to stakeholders including preparing presentations, reports etc.
- Co-lead the Supply Category Review meeting with the Supply Category Manager.
- Maintain Supply Category SharePoint or the central repository of Supply Category data.

**Requirements**:

- University graduate with degree in Engineering, Project Management or similar.
- Minimum 3 years of Project Management Experience.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills including presentations, written reports, correspondence, and meeting facilitation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time.
- Understanding of basic product development, regulatory requirements, and manufacturing processes.
- Extensive Knowledge of project management principles.
- Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English language.
