The Sales Support Senior Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for leading the formulation and implementation of long and short-term strategic plans and objectives to plans to transform the APAC ATM fleet to provide best in class, secure, global standard experience for all customers..

**Responsibilities**:
Constantly strive towards process improvements and building efficiencies ensure heightened customer experience and better stakeholder engagement.
Be fully engaged with the global team and lead the regional team all operational activities related to ATM Transformation. Work with each market to build, execute and monitor the project plans for successful roll-out of Transformation
Day-to-day management of all regional initiatives including milestone setting & tracking, task and actions management. Support, execute and/ or maintain oversight on all centrally run tech projects
Prioritize focus on key controls, information security metrics in all areas of work
Work closely with the markets to understand and be fully updated and current on all regulatory / local shared network related asks. Providing implementation / post-implementation project support
Maintain a live and accurate data warehouse of critical business metrics.
Work closely with the finance teams to access and analyses all financial information related to the channel.
Incorporate data analysis and financial simulations to aid strategic discussions

**Qualifications**:
3-5 years of experience
Must be extremely organized, motivated and a self-starter
Ability to build relationships and strong stake holder management.
Must work well under pressure whilst, enthusiastic, hard-working and positive
Advanced working knowledge operational & controls process to run an efficient network.
Comfortable working with numbers and basic level of analytics
Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions
Team player
Ability to learn/understand some technical implications

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
