**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the production of Chinese cuisines
- Ensure all food preparation meets standards
- Prepare and present good quality food
- Keep all working areas clean and tidy
- Ensure proper storage of food
- Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues
- Comply with all health and safety and food safety regulations
- Support Head Chef in all areas of kitchen management
**Job Requirements**
- 1-2 years experience as a Chef de Partie in Chinese cuisine
- Possess Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- Good working attitude
- Able to work independently and under pressure
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
