**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly introduction to our restaurant.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus, making recommendations and answering questions about menu items and specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system promptly.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation meet our high standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns, striving to exceed expectations and create a positive dining experience.
- Clear tables and reset them efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of orders.
- Assist with cleaning and closing duties as needed to ensure a clean and orderly environment for the next shift.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills, with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the demands of the business.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and etiquette is an asset. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
