We are seeking a friendly and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our team at VITIS BAR AND BISTRO. As a key part of our front-of-house staff, you will deliver outstanding service to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and in accordance with established standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a polite and professional manner.
- Process payments and issue receipts using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist in setting up and closing down the dining area before and after service.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar customer service role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering excellent service.
