Senior Manager (Facility Management)

In this role, you will:

- Spearhead the Estates & Building Infrastructure
- Collaborate with DSO stakeholders to understand space demands and A&A requirements to plan the budget required for the works and subsequently execute the works.
- Develop IFC contract strategies for Management’s consideration.
- Be involved in BI Governance & Compliance
- Lead BI ecosystem Master planning, Sourcing, Construction, Operations & Support (including Rejuvenation) and Retirement of Assets
- Review Integrated Facility Management Contracts, OEM Term Contracts Management & Administration
- PO issuance to Verifications to Goods Acceptance, Service Verifications to Payment Process.
- Be involved in BI Systems & Life Cycle Management
- Develop a Logistic Support Management Plan (LSMP) for critical systems
- Collaborate with govt technical agencies and vendors to keep up with the changes and new technologies.
- Be involved in Integrated FM & Supply Chain Management (Operations & Support)
- BI Comprehensive Maintenance Regime (Preventive & Corrective Regime), Contract Mgt & Enforcement, Vendors Performance Evaluation
- Be involved in Environment & Sustainability Efforts
- Map out sustainability strategies and translate to action plans for implementation
- Map out energy reduction strategies and action plans
- Be involved in projects such as construction of solar PV projects from planning to commissioning to O&S management.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Facility Management / Project Management
- In-depth knowledge and skillsets and experiences in managing the different sub-domains of the real estates including budgeting, projects planning, construction project management, budgeting, integrated facilities management (IFM), works related to Addition and Alterations, Supply Chain/Vendor Management and etc.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills in motivating stakeholders and staff reporting to him/her to reach new heights of excellence.
- In depth knowledge on built environment policies, regulatory requirements, systems and processes.
- Good understanding of BI ecosystem master planning, sourcing, construction, Operations & Support (including Rejuvenation) and Retirement of Assets
- Good understanding of concepts of systems life cycle, systems approach and structured systems engineering process.
- In depth knowledge on BI Comprehensive Maintenance Regime (Preventive & Corrective Regime), Contract Mgt & Enforcement, Vendors Performance Evaluation.
- Project Management experience on BI projects with good understanding on Procurement policies and processes, Risk identification, ownership, Risk Mgt, Risk Mitigation & Intervention, stakeholder management etc
- Have a good understanding of the energy industry including current issues, trends and global energy market
- Knowledge in environmental legislation and regulations including aspects such as energy management, water management, waste management etc.
- In depth knowledge in energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions.
