**How you will do it**:

- Design & implementation of impactful BI dashboards using PowerBI to analyze leading indicators to drive business, increase sales productivity and provide critical insights that drive business
- Implement simulation models to analyze various aspects of business operations such as trends, vertical/countries dynamics to identify proactive actions to enable accurate secured forecasting & operational capacity planning, sales capacity & productivity trends.
- Process Mapping - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and map current business processes, including process steps and key performance indicators.
- Process Optimization - Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements or automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Continuous Improvement - Proactively identify opportunities for further automation within the operations workflow

- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a reputable institution
- Experience in Powersuites (e.g. PowerBI/PowerAutomate)
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
