
Manager / Senior Manager, Future Health Systems

CGH envisions a patient-centric, data driven and technology-enabled healthcare facility to better empower patients and to drive a seamless experience for patients. The department will be responsible for managing the optimization of infrastructure capacity within CGH as well as driving initiatives or re-defining processes that will enhance the existing and future patient journey and care delivery for patients at CGH Campus. You will manage high impact transformational improvement projects that are aligned to CGH’s and SingHealth’ s strategic direction and priorities, ensuring initiatives are integrated seamlessly with existing processes, target unmet needs and improve outcomes by conducting research to understand needs, gaps and opportunities in the patient care journey.
One of your main job roles will focus on forecasting of hospital services workload and facilities projections to identify the infrastructure growth needs based upon the long-term Campus Masterplan, and seeking relevant funding approvals. You will work with the hospital stakeholders to understand the respective project requirements to perform relevant data analyses, and provide assessments to prioritise and rationalise allocation of space according to hospital immediate & long-term needs, to facilitate Senior Management’s decision-making.
You will also progressively review the completed forecasts / projections to adapt to the changing hospital needs and healthcare landscape, while ensuring alignment at hospital and cluster level. Key information will need to be timely communicated to facilitate decisions relevant to capacity planning and futureproofing needs for new initiatives and optimising of cross-department flows (e.g. of patients, staff and logistics). This applies to the planning within existing patient fronting areas as well as for the new infrastructural projects such as the Remodelling project for CGH.

**Job Requirements**
- Good recognised Degree
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in data analytics and data visualisation, with at least 2 years supervisory experience.
- Experience in managing data-driven projects.
- Knowledge and experience in data research and use of analytics techniques & tools such as automating data processing using Excel, R programming, and Tableau.
- Experience in healthcare planning and familiarity with hospital data repository systems will be an advantage.
- Good presentation skills and writing skills
- Good team player - able to collaborate well across teams
- Detailed-oriented and organised
- Independent and possess initiative to drive tasks and projects assigned to timely completion
- Able to adapt quickly to new projects and new challenges as needed by the organisation
