- This is a supportive role to the Broking department to assist in the servicing of our customers’ accounts of vessels Hartland Singapore fixes, and to make sure all brokers’ requests are adhered to
- and implemented. The role will also take on a commercial element under the guidance of the shipbrokers.**Responsibilities**:
- Daily communication with the Owners and Charterers for fixtures which have been confirmed by the

brokerage team including adherence to time-bars- Recording and maintaining fixtures on the post-fixture software.
- Issue brokerage commission invoices
- Monitor payment status for broker commission.
- Provide any additional support and information as brokers’ request.
- Office administrative duties

**Job Requirement**- Self-driven
- Attentive to detail
- Good interpersonal and networking skills
- Contribute to a positive and cooperative working environment by fulfilling own responsibilities and providing support to co-workers
- Proficiency in a second or third language is preferred but not required
- At least 1 year working experience is preferred but Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Knowledge in shipping is preferred but not essential
- Start date: To Be Discussed
