**Job Scope**:

- **Training Attendance**:Participate in comprehensive training programs to understand the company's matchmaking process, tools, and relationship-building techniques.
- **Consultation Services**:Provide one-on-one consultations with clients to understand their preferences, relationship goals, and personal backgrounds.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:Actively engage with clients through messaging and chat to maintain and strengthen customer relationships.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide ongoing support and advice.
- **Matching Clients**:Use Lovpipo's matching algorithm and personal insights to pair compatible clients.
Encourage matched clients to proceed with dating arrangements.
- **Dating Class Arrangements**:Introduce and organize dating classes for clients, offering them opportunities to learn and enhance their dating skills.
- **Livestream Engagement**:Conduct TikTok livestreams to acquire new customers and engage with existing ones.
Share dating tips, success stories, and promote Lovpipo's services during livestreams.
- **Follow-Up and Relationship Guidance**:Regularly follow up with clients to monitor the progress of their relationships.
Provide advice and support to help clients overcome challenges and build successful relationships.
- **App Usage Guidance**:Teach clients how to use Lovpipo's app effectively to find potential matches and utilize its features to the fullest.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Strong Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- **Comfortable On Camera**:Confidence and comfort in front of the camera for conducting livestreams and video consultations.
- **Passionate About Relationships**:Genuine interest and passion for relationship topics and helping people find love.
- **Listening Skills**:Exceptional listening skills to understand clients' needs, preferences, and concerns.
- **Counseling Skills**:Basic counseling skills to provide supportive and constructive advice to clients.
- **Customer Service Orientation**:Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship-building.

**Additional Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in matchmaking, counseling, or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, especially TikTok, is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
