- Work Hours: 12 hours rotating shift (e.g. Work 2 days off 2 days)
- Work Location: Tuas

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the incident management process, which involves logging of the incident into Ticketing tool, incident escalation, initial troubleshooting and resolution.
- Initial L1 Troubleshooting, Device Health check.
- Verification with onsite team if fault is due to power down.
- Raise RMA, Open ticket with Cisco
- Escalation to level 2 support team, roaming technicians, maintenance team
- Incident tracking until incident resolution and closure.

**Requirements**:

- Min 6 months of relevant experiences
- CCNA certified will be a strong plus
