As an Intern in the Planning department, you will have the opportunity to experience the full spectrum of planning and order fulfilment processes in ASM, working with both local and international cross-functional teams in an environment that is both challenging and rewarding at the same time.

**A day in the life of a Planning Intern**
- Demand loading: Exposure to demand loading and Sales Order process in SAP for customer, interplant and sale-to-vendor orders for order fulfilment. Understanding and managing SAP material resource planning (MRP) system, while supporting capital expenditure, jigs and other material requirements requests
- Production Order and Sales Order Management: Production Order creation and management based on waterfall chart plans, end-to-end Production Order activities covering standard flows, excursion flows, managing materials clean-to-build status, backorder management, project closure. Working and collaborating with key Planning stakeholders (Logistics, Engineering, Manufacturing, Change Control, Business Control, Program Management)
- Inventory management: Support weekly cycle count requirements, supporting dekit activities in collaboration with inventory Planners, support sellback of strategic / excess inventory to suppliers or contract manufacturers
- Other tasks as required by evolving business requirements

**What Will Make You Successful?**
- Undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate-level eg. pivot table, vlookup, VBA, etc.) will be an advantage
- Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with agility to adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment
- Diligent, detailed and responsible
