We are looking for a Customer Service Centre Manager. This person will be responsible for ensuring smooth, coordinated and well-organized commercial sales processes across the cluster. All interactions with customers by phone or mail (documents) are managed according to customer expectations. Processes are harmonized within the cluster and the organization works without boundaries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Leadership: You will have the opportunity to lead a team located in different countries in South East Asia and the Pacific.
- Operation: Involvement in the business ensuring proper support to Festo customers across the cluster.
- Innovation: Manage the continuous improvement of the commercial sales operations organization to address the rapidly changing market dynamics.

**What we expect from you**:

- Bachelor’s degree in economics/management or in mechatronics/electrics.
- Diploma can be considered based on work experience.
- Proven experience in a management position.
- Experience in a leadership role.
- Call Centre experience.
