**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide control system support, to improve efficiency and reliability of manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Collaborate closely with mechanical, validation, and process engineers to optimize equipment & processes including data analysis for problem resolution.
- Initiate and spearhead software improvement projects on control systems and manage testing, validation and implementation
- Engage in cross-functional team projects aimed at machine and process improvements, embodying teamwork, responsibility, and a capacity for independent work.Lead training sessions to enhance the technical skills of operational and technical teams, ensuring smooth transfer and operation of automated equipment.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3 years work experience in designing control systems for manufacturing equipment
- Competent in SCADA and PLC programming
- Knowledge in C# will be an added advantage
