**Job Purpose**:
To drive the design and development of a pipeline of transformative innovation across a designated range of OPCOs, Demand Spaces and Product Categories.

To maximise the successful deployment of the innovations, delivering strong commercial return, whilst shaping the category and our portfolio for the future.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- End to end design and development of a pipeline of expansive innovation including:

- Development of breakthrough insight & innovation platforms/directions, delivering true competitive advantage
- Full proposition development in collaboration with Supply Chain / R&D
- Robust financial evaluation, planning and business cases
- Seamless project management optimising speed to market
- Commercialisation to maximise ease and impact of deployment
- Ownership and development of Expansive Innovation Strategy and Plan for designated areas of responsibility i.e.:Demand spaces, product categories, OPCO clusters
- Development of strong collaborative ways of working and relationship with R&D hub to maximise competitive advantage through superior product propositions
- To identify and scale at speed, ‘lift and shift’ opportunities with the potential to scale in key designated areas of responsibility
- To drive uptake, commitment, deployment and excellence of execution of innovations in key OPCO clusters, and across the broader Heineken network

**Challenges**:

- Level of organisational and cultural change to be driven including:

- Challenges of above OPCO working and adoption in an OPCO centric culture
- Appetite for risk
- Absorption capacity of OPCOs
- Capabilities of OPCOs to execute non-core initiatives
- Scale and scope of stakeholders
- Level of ambiguity as hubs being developed from scratch and need for agility in the shaping and deployment
- Managing ambiguity into the business associated with both innovation and the organisational change

**Position Profile**:
Qualifications: Degree level

Experience/ Skills required:

- Minimum 12 yrs relevant experience in Consumer Marketing including significant experience of delivering successful innovation
- Experience of working in a highly matrixed organisation and managing a complex network of stakeholders
- Experience of working both within operating companies and at an above operating company (region or global) level

Language(s):
Highly fluent in written & verbal English.

- Strong fluency in Portfolio and Brand Strategy
- Strong track record in converting insight into action
- Business and financial acumen including development of business cases
