Requirements
- Diploma in Accountancy / partial ACCA / CAT or equivalent
- Able to maintain full set of accounts
- Working experience in property development / construction industry would be advantageous
- Familiar with corporate secretarial works and related working experience is an advantage
- Well-versed with GST/income tax reporting
Accounting duties
- Process payments
- Handle billings and receipts
- Handle full set of accounts
- Handle monthly bank reconciliations and any other bank related matters
- Year/Month-end closing and GST / income tax reporting
- Prepare cashflow forecast and handle fixed deposit renewal or placements
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents etc. on all related matters
- Prepare audit / tax schedule
- Handle monthly HO financial reporting
Corporate Secretarial duties
- Assist in corporate secretarial administrative duties such as updating of registers and minute books, arranging for signatories on resolutions, filing, archiving, etc.
- Assist in routine ACRA lodgements and preparing simple corporate secretarial documents
- Assist in liaising with corporate secretarial agents on the preparation of corporate secretarial documents
Other duties
- Filing, archiving of documents and other administrative work assigned from time to time.
- Any other ad hoc accounting and administrative duties
