
Corporate Secretary Assistant cum accounts assistant

We are a mid-sized management service firm providing accounting, tax, and corporate secretarial services to local small and medium-sized companies. We are looking for an assistant to handle corporate secretarial duties and some accounting functions.
- Maintain secretary records of existing clients
- Prepare directors' resolutions and AGM minutes
- Keep corporate matters like shares transfer, resignation and appointment of director, increase share capital and etc. up-to-date
- Preparing relevant forms and perform e-filling with government bodies (ACRA/IRAS)
- Perform any other admin duties and support as and when assigned
- Hark working and positive work attitude
Requirements
- Taken or persuing ICSA/CSIS corporate secretary course
- 2 years relevant corporate secretarial experience
- Accounting experience advantage
