We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Corporate Secretary Assistant cum Accounts Assistant.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in office software applications, and have a strong understanding of corporate secretarial procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients
- Prepare and draft resolutions, AGM minutes, and other corporate documents
- Manage corporate matters including shares and compliance
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate secretarial or accounting role
