- Provide back office support and service for private wealth operations and treasury operations
- Process transactions, settlements, confirmations, corporation actions and other related jobs with adherence to risk control
- Liaise with business units (i.e. treasury front office, relationship managers etc.)
- Manage fees of custodians and brokerages
- Adhere to internal rules, procedures and comply with regulatory requirements
- Participate in drills, projects, initiatives, system enhancements and UATs
- Prepare periodical reports and adhoc reports
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by supervisor/HOD

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Experience in treasury operations
- Knowledge of financial products: FX, FX option, swap, equity, funds, bonds, securities, notes, structured products etc.
- Relevant experience with banking systems such as MUREX, SWIFT Alliance, Avaloq
- Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Able to multi-task across functions and an excellent team player
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of related regulations, Anti-Money Laundering & Terrorist Financing, Customer Data Protection and operational risks
