As the Assistant Chief Engineer, you will assist the Chief Engineer to oversee operation, maintenance & repair of all the Hotel’s properties including building services & equipment.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- To plan and direct departmental objectives to meet company objectives.
- To ensure the compliance of all local fire safety, building control & environmental codes and regulations.
- To plan and implement energy conservation projects.
- To provide the link between the Engineering staff and Chief Engineer.
- To monitor, update and control spare inventory.
- To monitor all breakdown maintenance is attended to promptly according to the standard requirements.
- To attend & resolve emergencies.
- To assign & monitor tasks of the Engineering staff.
- To prepare liaise & communicate with other departments, contractors and suppliers.
- To ensure the Preventive Maintenance works are carrying out accordingly.
- Ensure that work areas and equipment under your control is safe and without risk to health and safety.
- To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Management.

**Qualifications**:

- Must possess minimum Diploma
- At least 2 - 3 years related experience
- PC literate (Word / Excel)
