**Responsibilities**:

- Work with Product Owners and Product Principals to implement and support EID devices to authenticate and access to M356 apps and onboarded enterprise apps
- Conduct system health check and proactively identify and troubleshoot issue in end-to-end manner.
- Manage the change, release, incident, problem management processes in ITSM platform.
- Document processes and configurations for knowledge base and FAQ for agencies to self service.

**Requirements**:

- Experienced in deploying, configuring and troubleshooting the EntraID authentication and access for federated login with on-prem Active Directory and ADFS and cloud login.
