**Primary Objectives of Position**:
As part of the SCH the Admin Assistant provides administrative support to ensure good governance in managing the monthly invoices of all HSC services in alignment with the organisational strategy of efficiency and transparency.
**Job responsibilities**
The Admin Assistant shall
- be responsible for the administrative duties related to centralised functions, which include in managing all the monthly invoices of all HSC services to ensure prompt billing completion of respective services.
- maintain and protect confidential client records in accordance to prevailing guidelines.
- to work with all HSC service admin staff on their billing, fee structure and other related matters.
- provide support in the coordination of all HSC admin matters such as procurement, ensuring payment upon job completion and liaising with vendors..
- provide support in any other joint projects or collaborations organised by HSC
**Other Responsibilities**
- Contribute to continuous process improvement in HSC admin services
- Any other duties as assigned by RO or AWWA management.
**Job Specifications**
***Minimum Education / Qualifications**
- A level / Higher NITEC in Accounting or Business Studies
- Other relevant qualifications
**Knowledge/Skills**
- Proficient in MS Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint

- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Meticulous, with a keen interest in data
- Effective communication skills
- Adaptable, works well in a team and independently
