**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and build a pipeline of clients seeking funding
- Consult with clients to understand their financial needs and match them with appropriate loan products
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of various loan programs and underwriting guidelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and lending partners

**Qualifications**:

- Proven sales or finance experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in a commission-only structure
- Basic understanding of financial services or a willingness to learn quickly
