**JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Be the focal point for all technical queries for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle technical request as 1st level support within Singapore and SEA. Liaising with HQ technical team for high level supports.
- Maintain proper documentation / records of technical request using CRM
- Lead and organize preparation for compressor servicing, repair, improvement, revamp and new compressor installation
- Technical lead for trouble shooting, root cause analysis (RCA) and improvement project
- Proactively identify possible technical improvement and support sales to identify potential business.
- Manage and align global technical repair / service procedures and guidelines
- Provide technical training for customer, service team as well as regional agents
- Carry out technical project determined by superior.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent
- At least 8-10 years of experience in rotating equipment and/or instrumentation.
- Broad knowledge of mechanical engineering practices / codes in general and/or reciprocating technology
- Capable to manage CRM system or equivalent IT advanced user skill
- Willingness for frequent domestic or international business travel
