The key responsibilities and duties for this position include:
・Develop alliance strategy

・Source new partners globally and execute partnership solutions for verse/game development

・Manage global community

・Maintain and deepen relationships with existing partners

・Communicate with Japanese partners in Japanese

・Negotiate attractive partnership deals and ensure beneficial partnership terms are in line with the company's business objectives and strategy

・Lead and manage Game Alliance Team

・Corporate with the company's management team

**[Job Requirements]**

・At least 7 years of working experience in managing business relationships

・Experience in management position to lead and inspire the team

・Working experience in alliance, marketing or sales

・Knowledge of blockchain games and familiarity with cryptocurrency

・Business level Japanes is required to communicate with our main partners in Japan

・Working experiences related to strategy development for start-up companies are advantageous

・Strong leadership and decision-making skills

・Exceptional communication and public speaking skills

・Outstanding organizational skills

・Excellent time management skills

・Ability to hadle multitasks and work under pressure
