**Responsibilities**:
1) Hunt for new business opportunities across SEA region
2) Increase wallet share from assigned accounts
3) Recommend and execute account strategies
4) New market penetration
5) Responsible for revenue generation across the region
- Responsible for revenue generation in various Southeast Asia markets.
- Collaborate with multiple teams across regions in various functions, including but not limited to, Marketing, Project-Ops-Engineering-Technology team, Asset management teams to deliver positive results based on pre-set strategies.
- Manage assigned accounts and double up to cover for the team.
- Facilitate commercial offer and contract negotiations in partnership with local sales management, leveraging internal resources as needed to obtain best commercial terms possible.
- Offer insights and partner with local sales teams to recommend deal structure during contract negotiations.
- Act as point of contact for customer on executive escalations or issues independently. Prepares and delivers postmortem reviews where appropriate.
- Remain active in the industry by engaging in, but not limited to, external events, trade shows etc. in order to promote the company brand and profile.
- Understand industrial activities and provide feedback to management/ in-country teams in order to influence wider-organizational strategies.
- Collaborate with multiple teams across regions in various functions, including but not limited to, Marketing, Project-Ops-Engineering-Technology team, Asset management teams to deliver positive results based on pre-set strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in business/ Financial/ Marketing or in related field.
- Possess 5 to 7 years of experience in DC, Telco or DC-related industries in regional roles.
- Possess industry recognised DC- related certification (e.g., CDCS, CD certified professional, ITIL, DC specialist etc.)
- Good knowledge in Cloud, Data centre Hosting and related IT service, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide operational recommendations to improve business opportunity.
- Ability to develop comprehensive and concise management reports.
