Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training sessions both in-person at our Tanjong Pagar location and through our online e-learning platform.
- Engage with students to deepen their understanding of CRM strategies and the use of CRM systems.
- Continuously update the curriculum to reflect the latest CRM trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with the Quanterra team to ensure a productive and supportive learning environment.

Course Topics Include (But Not Limited To)
- Fundamentals of Customer Relationship Management
- Implementing CRM Systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM)
- Data-driven Customer Insights and Analytics
- Customer Journey Mapping and Management

- Social CRM Techniques
- Customer Retention and Loyalty Programs
- Ethical Considerations in CRM
- Measuring CRM Success and ROI

Remuneration
- $100-$250 per hour, with additional revenue-sharing incentive bonuses based on the success of the programs.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive experience in CRM with a proven track record in enhancing customer relations and business growth.
- Proficiency in popular CRM software and tools.
- Experience in training, facilitation, or education related to customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex systems and strategies in an accessible manner.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for teaching and customer service excellence.
- ACLP certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
