**What are we looking for?**
This is a key supporting role in the finance, operations and human resources functions of our business, reporting to the HR and Talent Manager, and working in partnership with the Finance and Operations Manager and team leaders in markets across the business, currently Hong Kong, Beijing, Singapore, Sydney and New Zealand.
This individual must be comfortable with data and numbers, be an expert in excel and very comfortable using cloud-based software, have a strong ability to multi-task, excellent organisational skills and be able to support the HR function across all 5 Sandpiper markets. With strong communications skills, theymust be able to collaborate with people at all levels within the organisation and interact with a diverse group of cultures, individuals and personalities. They must be self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
**Requirements**:
- Min. 2 years’ experience in research, analytics and/or HR, ideally in a consultancy environment
- Communications agency or professional services firm experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Responsive, strong organisational skills and the capability to multi-task on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment - managing priorities and meeting deadlines, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 and Office tools, mainly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Technologically savvy and able to use cloud-based systems
- A good team player, enthusiastic and resourceful in supporting the regional team in Asia Pacific
- Required languages: English, Mandarin a plus
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Support COO and the HR & Talent Manager in setting up new Career Map and Employee Insights software
- Support with People Pulse surveys
- Support with Career Map, reviews and ensure that individuals are being supported
- Manage career development, training, and performance review processes
- Manage internal programmes including the Traineeship and Graduate/internship Programs
- Manage Employer Branding Roll-out and on-going function
- Source for, implement and manage internal HR system
- Keep the industry experience master list for existing consultants updated
- Support Demand and Capacity planning team with capacity planning and allocating client work
- Manage the Tableau dashboard in tandem with Udemy and the other HR platform once confirmed
- Uploading training videos and managing the internal training portal and the insights collected from the portal
