**Job Description**:
Operations
- Delivery Planning and Coordination
- Halal Team lead for certification maintenance and renewals
- Coordinate & maintain vendor/supplier information
- Representative for Workplace Safety & Health and Safe Management Measures
- File all necessary documents for renewals and maintenance
- Complete any additional tasks (ad-hoc duties) set by Head Chef or as assigned

Job Placement for beneficiaries to open employment
- To intake beneficiaries referred to Bizlink F&B training programs.
- To develop and maintain a database of employers and their job openings.
- To match and place beneficiaries into open employment, including preparing their resumes, coordinating the interviews, and supporting them to secure placement.
- Conduct job site visits to ensure suitability for beneficiaries’ placement.

To provide post placement support, including interviews, feedback and surveys with employers

**Job Requirements**:

- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and in teams
- Have patience and passion to work with people with disabilities and persons in recovery from mental health
