**Role & Responsibilities**
- Achieve and exceed training KPI

- Ability to conduct facial training
- Deliver best-in-class customer service to clients and account personnel
- Develop positive and impactful relationships with account partners
- Collaborate and maintain consistent communication with accounts
- Strategize, plan, and execute successful seasonal events and promotional activity
- Successfully execute launch plans and marketing initiatives
- Educate account personnel on brand, product, and protocols
- Identify educational needs and schedule training to support personnel and business needs
- Offer support via materials, collateral, and sampling on a regular and timely basis
- Maintain professionalism through open and positive communication with both internal and external partners
- Develop call cycle to ensure comprehensive support of all accounts and partners in given territory
- Handle SG, MY, TH, Philippines, HK working with distributors closely
- Oversee sales performance of distributors
- Expect 30 - 40% travelling
- Able to speak English and Mandarin is an advantage
