**The Site Supervisor shall be in charge of supervising the workers & subcons and managing the project to completion accordingly to project schedule, including arranging & coordinating of site work, resolving of operational issues and liaising with clients, subcon, suppliers and internal stakeholders.**:
**Job description**:

- **Keep track of the proceedings of all stages in the building process.**:

- **Coordinate the different teams, assign tasks, and resolve problems.**:

- **Supervise workers and ensure workers complete tasks in accordance to safe work procedures and protocols.**:

- **Plan and execute work according to project schedule to ensure timely completion.**:

- **Resolve operational issues and report work progress to project coordinators and engineers.**:

- **Ensure workers follow safe working protocols according to regulations.**:

- **Any other adhoc duties as assigned.**:
**Requirements**:

- **At least 4 years of relevant experience as Site Supervisor in Construction site, preferably with Semiconductors/Pharmaceutical industry exposure.**:

- **Minimum SPM qualification.**:

- **Prefer to have experience supervising a team of workers for M&E pipefitting or CSA projects.**:

- **Must have valid CIDB SICW/e-SICW qualification.**:

- **Good working knowledge of construction industry.**:

- **Knowledgeable in Pipefitting, Tool Hook-up systems and Double Containment systems or CSA projects.**:

- **Good interpersonal skills and leadership skills.**:

- **Good communication skills.**:

- **Both a team player and the ability to work independently.**:
**Assistant Project Engineer**

**Job description**:

- **Assist Project Engineers & Managers in monitoring and inspecting construction works to ensure compliance with design documents and statutory requirements.**:

- **Assist in preparing and monitoring project budgets, and ensure timely submission of monthly progress claim.**:

- **Assist in preparing the engineering drawings, datasheets and reports such as piping layout design, pipeline stress analysis report, MTO and datasheets.**:

- **Assist in monitoring and inspecting projects such as Mechanical / Electrical, Piping and Fire Protection systems to ensure compliance with design documents.**:

- **Assist in overseeing the work progress of workers and sub-contractors.**:

- **Assist in procurement of mechanical equipment like valve, piping and filters and coordinate with vendors on technical matters.**:

- **Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and other departments to ensure smooth completion of the project including monitoring Workers’ and Subcontractors’ work progress.**

**Requirements**:

- **Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.**:

- **Knowledge in ACMV, Ducting, Process Piping, and other M&E related systems.**:

- **Highly motivated individuals with good organizational skills and communication skills.**:
