We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Integrated Facilities Manager, seconded to a major semi-conductor building in the Eastern side of Singapore.

The Integrated Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all facilities management activities within the semi-conductor building. This includes ensuring the smooth operation of building systems, managing maintenance schedules, overseeing compliance with regulatory requirements, and supervising a team of technicians, security guards, and cleaners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operation of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security.

- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues promptly.

- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.- Proven experience managing a diverse team of technicians and support staff.
