
Senior Account Manager

The individual will lead the sales process in engaging customers/prospects through strategic value-based selling, with a strong emphasis on new logo acquisition while expanding existing accounts assigned.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities to achieve sales objectives
- Acquiring new customers in the Enterprise/Large SMEs category
- Managed and grow existing portfolio assigned.
- Generate short term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to achieve business goals
- Manage the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Partners, etc.
- Maintain service excellence in all interactions with clients, providing a high-quality customer experience
**Ideal Profile**
- Min. 3 years of experience in providing IT solutions and services to Enterprises/Large SMEs/FSI
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset to drive results and take on challenges.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $4,000.00 per month
