**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and implement the annual performance management and annual remuneration review exercises for the assigned client group/s.
- Review salary competitiveness and planning recommendations that addresses business challenges.
- Involves hands-on work on spreadsheets and managing data integrity from multiple data sources
- Work with HR Operations/ Information Technology teams to ensure reward program system functional requirements are properly captured to enable efficient program delivery.
- Establish and works closely with HR Shared Services to ensure seamless execution of programs and assist to identify opportunities to harmonize, improve and/or automate current processes and policies.
- Develops good quality communication materials tailoring to various audience on Rewards programs.
- Participates in broader Rewards community meetings and projects assigned.
**Requirement**:
- A relevant Degree with preferably post graduate C&B qualifications.
- At least 10 years of experience with proven technical knowledge and experience specializing in implementation of Rewards programs in a large organization. Team management experience will be an advantage.
- Good team player attitude and able to work within a matrix environment
- Pro-active, possess strong communication and presentation skills and works well under pressure.
- Strong project management skills, ability to multitask, plans activities timely and pre-empts HRBP well ahead to ensure timelines are always met.
- Expert in Advanced Excel and able to manage large volume of data efficiently. Working knowledge on excel macros and visual basic would be an advantage.
- Highly numeric, analytical mind with superb attention to detail and excellent statistical skills
- Fast learner, has a curious mind with a continuous process improvement mindset and generates new ideas to improve ways of working.
