We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Service Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in expanding our service contract sales, and engaging with new and existing clients to meet our sales targets. Your expertise in mechanical engineering will be vital in providing tailored solutions and maintaining strong customer relationships. If you are a motivated individual with a blend of technical acumen and sales prowess, this role offers a challenging yet rewarding opportunity.

**Role and Responsibility**:

- Expand service contract sales, focusing on both acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones to achieve sales objectives and targets.
- Provide customers with quotations for spare parts, focusing on standard items.
- Establish and maintain ongoing, positive relationships with our existing customer base to secure and cultivate future business opportunities. This includes recommending equipment upgrades tailored to customer needs.
- Deliver accurate monthly sales forecasts and reports of area of responsibility.
- Ensure enforcement of all service jobs and purchases, ensure all are correctly captured, ordered, invoiced, and fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Participate in marketing initiatives to enhance sales performance.
- Perform any other tasks or duties as assigned by the Company.
- Minimum Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant sales experience in a similar role.
- Able to read, understand, and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Able to work independently and a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must possess a Singapore Class 3 Driving License.
