We’re on the lookout for **dedicated service staff** who take pride in delivering excellent customer service and keeping the front of house running smoothly. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, remembers regulars' favorite drinks, and can carry a tray of dim sum with a smile — this job is for you.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage guests in a warm, friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders clearly and confidently
- Make recommendations and upsell when appropriate
- Ensure dim sum orders are served timely and correctly
- Check on tables regularly without being intrusive
- Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Handle bills and process payments accurately
- Uphold service standards even during busy hours

**You Are**:

- Experienced in table service or quick to learn
- Attentive to details and guest needs
- Calm and efficient under pressure
- Personable, reliable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable standing/moving for long periods
- Available for weekend and holiday shifts
