**About Us**:Lavi is a Mexican tapas restaurant bar which showcases contemporary small plates with international flair.

**Position Overview**:We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Service Staff to join our team. As a member of our service staff, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they enjoy every aspect of their dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service**:Greet and welcome guests warmly, providing menus and explaining specials. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously.
- **Order Taking**:Accurately take food and beverage orders, making recommendations based on menu knowledge, and input orders into the POS system.
- **Food & Beverage Service**:Serve food and drinks efficiently and with attention to detail, ensuring that all dishes are presented beautifully and at the right temperature.
- **Food & Beverage Knowledge**:Understand restaurant menu to recommend dishes base on customer's preference and dietary restrictions.
- **Table Maintenance**:Monitor and maintain tables throughout the meal, ensuring guests have everything they need for an enjoyable experience.
- **Guest Interaction**:Build rapport with guests, addressing any questions or concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with their meals.
- **Cleanliness**:Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing and resetting tables promptly.
- **Adherence to Policies**:Follow all health and safety regulations and restaurant policies, ensuring compliance at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of Mexican cuisine and cocktails is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
