**What You’ll Do**:
- Collaborate with the founding team to align the app’s development with our business goals and user needs.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in mobile technology and suggest innovative features to keep us ahead of the curve.
- Oversee the app’s maintenance, updates, and iterations based on user feedback and analytics.

**Qualifications**:
- Strong knowledge of programming languages like Swift, Kotlin, and JavaScript, Flutter, React Native.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a startup or scaleup environment
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Experience working with and integrating third-party tools and SaaS platforms (Good to have)
- Familiarity with database systems (SQL, NoSQL)
- Proven ability to efficiently manage all aspects of the software development life cycle, including successfully managing distributed teams
- Solid understanding of backend technologies, including server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby) and API integration
**Compensation**:
- **Do note this is more of a ESOP/ Equity role rather than a salary focused role for now.**:
