**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and nurture major international client accounts, ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives.
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen through comprehensive reporting and impactful presentations.
- Establish and maintain productive professional relationships with key commodity personnel on potential and current assigned customer accounts.
- Collaborate with factory teams in supporting, servicing and managing resources to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets, covering volume and profit margin goals.
- Proactively assessing, clarifying and validating customer’s needs on an ongoing basis.

- Minimum Degree holder in any discipline.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in a senior sales role.
- Proven ability to develop strong client relationships.
- Experience in the manufacturing sector, specifically with component parts for the 3Cs Industry is preferred.
- Knowledgeable with silicone rubber, plastic injection and/ or metal precision components for non-functional parts.
- Excellent business relationships with major consumer companies’ commodity decision-makers is highly desirable.
- Exhibit leadership skills, high motivation for challenges, and a results-driven mindset.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the capability to network with key leaders and decision-makers in targeted companies.
